1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour after purchase by contacting our Customer Service team.

Note: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items.

Eligible Returns:

  • Hair must be uncut, unbleached, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Lace must be untouched (no cutting or bleaching).
  • Items must be clean, odor-free, and with original tags.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, used wigs cannot be returned.

3. Return & Exchange Shipping Fee

If the return is not due to our error, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Shipping fees vary depending on the method used.

Please contact us first — we'll suggest the most affordable & convenient option.

In most cases, return shipping costs less than $10.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us within 30 days with your order number & return reason.
  2. We'll send return instructions & address.
  3. Ship the item back — we'll process your refund or exchange within 2 business days of receiving it.

5. Exchanges

Once your return is received and approved, your new item will be shipped within 3 business days.
