1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel any non-custom wig order within 2 hours of confirming your order by contacting our Customer Service team, as long as it has not been shipped.

Note: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items. 

Some colored or customized wigs are made-to-order products that require special processing. Therefore, we generally do not accept cancellations or refunds once your order has been processed for more than 24 hours.

However, if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer service team — we’ll do our best to assist and may share part of the cost to support you.

Eligible Returns:

• Hair must be uncut, unbleached, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Lace must be untouched (no cutting or bleaching).
• Items must be clean, odor-free, and with original tags.
  
• Due to hygiene reasons, used and specific customized wigs cannot be returned.

3. Return & Exchange Shipping Fee

If the return is not due to our error, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Shipping fees vary depending on the method used.

Please contact us first — we'll suggest the most affordable & convenient option.

In most cases, return shipping costs less than $10.

4. How to Start a Return

1. Email us within 30 days with your order number & return reason.
2. We'll send return instructions & address if you are located besides USA.

4. Ship the item back — we'll process your refund or exchange within 2 business days of receiving it.

5. Exchanges

Once your return is received and approved, your new item will be shipped within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are made to your original payment method. If your card has expired, please contact your bank directly.
