II. How to Join GEETA VIP

Becoming a GEETA VIP member is simple! You can register for free, or if you already have an account, simply log in. Upon logging in, you will automatically become a GEETA VIP member and can immediately start enjoying your benefits and rewards.

III. GEETA VIP Tier

Your VIP tier is determined by your total spending. As you shop, you’ll advance through the tiers and unlock greater rewards—the higher your tier, the more exclusive the perks!

Important Notes:
· After a successful payment, there's a 3-day pending period. During this time, any refund or return requests will not count towards your total spent. Your order and amount will be considered valid after the 3-day period. Once you meet the upgrade conditions, you'll move up to the next tier.
· Canceled or refunded orders will not be counted toward tier eligibility.
· All tiers (except Geeta Fans and Bronze Queen) remain active for 365 days. Upon expiration, your new tier will be recalculated based on your order volume and spending over the past 365 days.
· The rules for maintaining your membership tier are as follows. Meeting these requirements will allow you to keep your current tier.
Silver Queen: At least 2 orders in the 365 days
Golden Queen: At least 4 orders totaling $400 in the past 365 days
Pink Queen: At least 5 orders totaling $500 in the past 365 days

Use points as cash! At checkout, apply points to discount 5%-10% off of your order total. Exchange rate: $1 = 20 points

C. Monthly Gift

Receive an exclusive code/gift card each month, valid until the end of the month. Rewards are determined by your tier on the 1st of each month—stay tuned for claim notifications.

D. Birthday Gift

During your birthday month, claim a special surprise gift on the GEETA VIP page. The gift depends on your tier on the 1st of the month—ensure your birthday details are updated to avoid missing out!

E. VIP Day (9th–10th Monthly)

· Redeem points for exclusive rewards (codes, gift cards, free wigs, etc).
· Earn double points on purchases. VIP Days are the perfect time to shop!

F. VIP Priority Access Privilege

Get priority access to select products each month, along with special early-bird pricing.

G. Monthly Cover Queen

Note: Your VIP points are valid for one year. Per our points policy, any points earned before the current year will expire at the end of the year.

II. How to Earn Points

· Purchase to Earn Points:
  · Baddie: Earn 1 point per $1 spent.
  · Bronze Queen: Earn 1 point per $1 spent.
  · Silver Queen: Earn 1.1 points per $1 spent.
  · Gold Queen: Earn 1.2 points per $1 spent.
  · Diamond Queen: Earn 1.5 points per $1 spent.
· Referral Program:
  · Share your referral link: +200 pts.
  · Invite friends to join VIP: +30 pts per friend.
  · Earn up to 2,000 pts when friends place orders.

Notes:
· After a successful payment, your points will be pending for 3 days. After this period, your points will be approved.
