1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 1 hour after purchase by contacting our Customer Service team.
Note: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items. Some colored or customized wigs are made-to-order products that require special processing.
Therefore, we generally do not accept cancellations or refunds once your order has been processed for more than 24 hours.
However, if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer service team — we’ll do our best to assist and may share part of the cost to support you.
Eligible Returns:
- Hair must be uncut, unbleached, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Lace must be untouched (no cutting or bleaching).
- Items must be clean, odor-free, and with original tags.
- Due to hygiene reasons, used and specific customized wigs cannot be returned.
3. Return & Exchange Shipping Fee
If the return is not due to our error, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Shipping fees vary depending on the method used.

In most cases, return shipping costs less than $10.

I saw this hair on an ads on my TikTok and immediately I wanted to try it , to see if everything they say about this hair is true and it as proven it self to be one of the best hair I have ever worm. Lightly shedding, zero to no smell straight out the packaging, knots bleached to its perfection , thin lace and can be worn completely glueless and I am just obsessed with the new designs of extra security with draw string and band .
The hair is supper good.My only problem is the order takes too long to arrive
