1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 1 hour after purchase by contacting our Customer Service team.
Note: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items. Some colored or customized wigs are made-to-order products that require special processing.
Therefore, we generally do not accept cancellations or refunds once your order has been processed for more than 24 hours.
However, if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer service team — we’ll do our best to assist and may share part of the cost to support you.
Eligible Returns:
- Hair must be uncut, unbleached, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Lace must be untouched (no cutting or bleaching).
- Items must be clean, odor-free, and with original tags.
- Due to hygiene reasons, used and specific customized wigs cannot be returned.
3. Return & Exchange Shipping Fee
If the return is not due to our error, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Shipping fees vary depending on the method used.

In most cases, return shipping costs less than $10.

The generous 250% density, and true-to-length 24 inches give the wig a striking, full-bodied appearance while staying soft, tangle-free, and easy to maintain. Very easy to wash too!!
This wig is very soft and comfortable to wear. The curls are very tight and stay in place. This wig has an elastic bands and combs to secure it to the head.
