1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel any non-custom wig order within 2 hours of confirming your order by contacting our Customer Service team, as long as it has not been shipped.
Note: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items.
Some colored or customized wigs are made-to-order products that require special processing. Therefore, we generally do not accept cancellations or refunds once your order has been processed for more than 24 hours.
However, if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer service team — we’ll do our best to assist and may share part of the cost to support you.
Eligible Returns:
- Hair must be uncut, unbleached, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Lace must be untouched (no cutting or bleaching).
- Items must be clean, odor-free, and with original tags.
- Due to hygiene reasons, used and specific customized wigs cannot be returned.
3. Return & Exchange Shipping Fee
If the return is not due to our error, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Shipping fees vary depending on the method used.

In most cases, return shipping costs less than $10.

First when you get it, the density is as expected or as I purchased:250% Love it and mines was in tight curls which I wasn’t so sure about until ai had it installed and fell absolutely in love! The hair is thick all the way to the ends, definitely holds a curl, the length is all the way accurate even though you couldn’t tell at first because the curls were so tight. It’s very soft and has very minimal shedding, which is expected for hair with any sort of curls in it. Once installed we didn’t even have to curl it. Don’t pass this up, I love it!!
Let me just say I have purchased a lot of wigs and this wig here is the best wig I have ever purchase little to no shedding no smell.. The shipping was fast and communication was great.. Run don’t walk I will definitely be ordering again..
