    1. HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN?

Easy: If your order has been ordered or arrived within 30 days(after delivery signature), e-mail us at geetahair@geetahair.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back.

Kindly Reminder: All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with lace uncut with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for an exchange/refund.

Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.

  1. WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?

We will provide an exchange for your order within 30 days after signature,  as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

  1. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

A: If you want to exchange an item without any quality problem for exchange within 30 days after signature, please send an email to this email address with your order number details: geetahair@geetahair.com

we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference.

B: if the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. Please send us an email with your order number details, also the hair problem pictures. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

  1. MAY I EXCHANGE MY GEETAHAIR WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, we need to confirm the delivery company and order value and shipping back tracking number from you.

  1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

We will arrange the new order delivery after we have received, and confirmed that the returned hair products can be also used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. Please use the USPS/Postal Office international delivery company, and do as we suggest. Usually orders take 7-20 business days to be delivered with standard shipping.

  1. HOW MAY I CONTACT YOU?

You may contact us by e-mail at geetahair@geetahair.com or contact us on our website. The GEETAHAIR Support team operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We always guarantee a response within 24 hours and will be happy to help you!

7.Clear customs seizures

If the goods are detained by the customs, we will contact the customer to inform the customs to clear them by themselves. If the customer fails to clear the customs and the goods are returned, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred.

8.Special statement, if you buy more or wrong, or you don't like it, and it is not a return or exchange of our product quality problem, you need to pay the cost of re-listing the product $15

La perruque est belle, elle juste un peu de volume mais je verrais une fois lavé et en faisant un brushing ça devrait le faire.
L’option blanchiment, épilation et découpe de la tulle est top surtout pour les gens comme moi qui ne savent pas customiser une perruque.
Les filles en France vous pouvez commander sur ce site il y’a aucun problème, la livraison est rapide et il y’a pas de frais supplémentaires
