1. Order Cancellation
For non-custom wig order, you can contact our customer service team within 2 hours after order confirmation to cancel the order.
For custom wig order, the order will automatically enter the production process 2 hours after confirmation. Therefore, once the order placement time exceeds 2 hours, according to our cancellation policy, the order will no longer be supported for cancellation.
Important notice: Once all orders enter the shipping process, they cannot be cancelled again.

2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items.
Some colored or customized wigs are made-to-order products that require special processing. Therefore, we generally do not accept cancellations or refunds once your order has been processed for more than 24 hours. Promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue.
However, if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer service team — we’ll do our best to assist and may share part of the cost to support you.
Eligible Returns:
- Hair must be uncut, unbleached, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Lace must be untouched (no cutting or bleaching).
- Items must be clean, odor-free, and with original tags.
- Due to hygiene reasons, used and specific customized wigs cannot be returned.
3. Return & Exchange Shipping Fee
If the return is not due to our error, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Shipping fees vary depending on the method used.
Please contact us first — we'll suggest the most affordable & convenient option.
In most cases, return shipping costs less than $10.

I adore this wig!!! I wish they offered it in some other styles and colors, especially an ashy platinum blonde. I ordered the 32" or the 30", I can't recall which, but this unit is thick, silky, holds heatless blowout curls beautifully, and the entire wig is indeed human hair - or, if this is a fake, it's just as good as human hair and I'm not mad at it one bit.
I cut side bangs and long layers into it. It's stunning, and very comfortable to wear for days. I love the side combs, drawstring, and the small, precut lace. I have a big head so I do need to use some clear lace melting glue spray but not much and the install took me all of 5 minutes. Incredible.
The only reason that I knocked a star off is because sadly I paid for bleached knots and my wig's knots are not remotely bleached. I'm new to human hair, lace front wigs and I'm terrified to do this myself, so I'm just going to be sure to blend in some concealer or something there but the wig is otherwise just so beautiful that I'm not going to make a fuss. I simply hope that when I order in the future, I do receive precisely what I've paid for 🙂
I'll be back soon to snag another wig in another style and will order another of this one to be sure that I'm always prepared for what life has to throw at me.
This wig is thick, healthy, ****, and fits very securely on my head with the 3 securing mechanisms. Wearing it for days at a time is comfortable and easy. I use the Robe Curls satin overnight blowout curl system to achieve perfect bangs and thick, big, bouncy ringlets with this wig.
Oh yes, and the color is spot on! A slightly warm toned, deep chocolate color. It's stunning in person, not too bright or too muted. It goes well with a variety of clothing and makeup options.
